I had a four-month-old lamp module stop dimming, so I contacted SmartHome. They offered to send a replacement if I scrapped the old one (remove the label from the back and send them a photo). No more sending back the old one.   Not sure when they started doing this, but it's interesting.

Not sure if this is isolated, but a couple of my door/window sensors send out low battery messages, I change the batteries, then they don't work at all. Anyone see this before?

Just in case anyone else can benefit from this... I just realized that the hidden PC in my foyer which drives the touch screen there can be used for charging our min-USB equipped gizmos right by the front door! As the Guinness guy says, "Brilliant!".

PowerHome has really come a long way. Recently, plugin support was added, and they have created a few plugins to start with. The latest is the xPL plugin. See here for their forum post with a bit of info and download links.
