WSV2 - does it need to be supported?

I'm interested in installing a WSV.  I have a 1" CPVC waterline coming into my mudroom through the wall about 5' above the floor.  Should I create some kind of support bracket for this valve because the WSV2 looks kind of heavy in the picture...any thoughts?

Using some plumbers tape roll support wouldn't hurt or even a threaded rod pipe clamp support. What is the distance from the WSV to the next support going each direction?

Pipe hanger (via threaded rod) would be the recommended method with PVC.
 
Tape is just for lightweight hanging of pipe.

Thanks...it'll go something like this...
 
1" CPV thru wall into WSV then into a whole house filter which should be supported with it's own bracket.  Then another filter, water softener and tankless.  The more I think about it...it'll have a lot of fixed support along the way but I think I'll work a pipe clamp into the system right beyond the WSV.
