Omni Pro II and DST

My sunrise/sunset time is off on my Omni Pro II by an hour. I figure it has something to do with DST. Using PC Access here is what I have done to try to fix:
1.) Check the location - This is set correctly.
2.) Check the DST schedule - This is set correctly.
3.) Set the panel time. Each time toggling the DST option.

The sunrise/sunset time has not changed through these efforts. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe it takes some time to update, but when I checked today (24 hours later) the sunrise/sunset times had adjusted to proper values. But to answer your question it is actual light and dark. Thanks!

I believe it calculates the times at new day (12:01 am) for the day.
So if you don't change the location or clock time it might not recalculate.

The reason I asked about what you are using to judge is, because it uses a civil twilight model, sometimes the actual darknes/ lightness outside doesn't perfectly fit what a personal "operational definition" of sunset/ sunrise is.
I found I had to slightly adjust the on off times of lights from the calculated times to better meet my WAF. ;)

Oh good point. I started off setting by about 15 minutes past sunset. This is working very well vs sunset time alone. I would however like to get a good ambient light sensor to add to my rig. Someday.
