Chat server down

Yea, have had it tested many times during the last few days, they are fine. Cableguy is here now. He unplugged the coax feed to test it, plugged it back in, and my internet connection was back online, I refuse to believe it is my equipment (that's what they are saying). They are doing some more testing, and replacing the modem with an older (but better) model.
 
Sounds like me. I refused to believe that my modem was the cause of my cable issues. I finally let them install a rental unit, and everything is fine since.
 
Well this is their modem, 3rd time now that they have replaced it. The first modem worked fine for the last 5 years, then out of the blue, I started having issues, without any changes being made to any of my infrastructure.
