I have Hobby Boards Anemometer ADS
It's looks like Counter C and D is used by Anemometer
Do that means it possible to connect my own things to Counter A and B (like a rain gaug)?
There are only 2 external counter on the DS2423 (A & B ).
By default the Anemometer Controller Board has the two counter inputs tied together with a 0 Ohm resistor at R5. If you remove R5 then counter B would be available for other uses (like a Rain Gauge).
