what is wrong with master hub/onewire viewer

Recently I started assembling of my first 1-wire network. I bought 6 channel master hub (serial port version) from hobby boards and a few temp sensors ds18B20. To test all together I connected only a single sensor and, after some tuning, made OneWireViewer working under Linux. What I got stuck is the temp sensor is not detected by the Viewer. The viewer itself seem works Ok - it can see 3 1-wire couplers DS9097U which is correct- 3 double channels of the hub. I used the wiring instructions for Cat5 pins from Hobby boards, and verified that 5V are detected on the correct pins 1 and 2. Tried 4 sensors, connected them in parasitic and powered modes, rechecked cat5 colour codes, tried to plug RJ45 to different channels- nothing helped. I still see only 3 hub sub-devices and no temp sensor. Ran out of ideas - will appreciate any help.

Found an answer by googling- it turned out I'm not the first one getting into this issue because of lack of info about logic of HUB functioning. Hope next time I will ask something more interesting than a dummy question here.
