router hook-up on dial-up service

I have a dial-up service where we are finally going to get high-speed service this summer.

In the meantime, I want to install a router to be able to connect multiple PCs. I have an external dial-up modem that is connected via serial port to my main computer.

How can I best accommodate the attachment of a wireless router to this setup?
