Apparently the M1XEP (ethernet interface) is backordered until May and I cannot find it anywhere. It is the last piece I need to complete my setup. Does anyone have one they would be willing to sell or know of someone that actually has it in stock? Thanks in advance!

  At least you found out in advance.  I replaced the one at my office because they said it needed updating and did that prior to the end of the year.  They told me my home monitor was fine.  They were wrong and it went down today.  I guess I am getting a TG1-Express myself.

Dan, My understanding is you would use a USB to serial adapter with the Vera to interface it with an M1XSP just as you would a VRC0P interface. I don't know if it comes with a USB to serial interface or if you have to purchase one separately. Have you had any luck with it?

Elk came through and saved the day! Somehow my user had the 'access' field checked in the setup which indicates they are using a fob/card for access. Not sure how that got checked, but unchecking it resolved my issues. Strange that it still let me manually disarm though. Hope this helps...
