Repair defective Insteon switches
Symptom: Lights flash on and off several times when turned on. Eventually they will not stay on and the led light bar ramps up and down and eventually just one or two bottom leds flash. Fix: Replace electrolytic 470 mfd 35v capacitor with Digikey 1189-1890-ND. Just clip existing capacitor leads...
