I have had the alarm go off before when I open a door but this morning the system was armed in night mode and I opened the door and the alarm didnt go off.  I did this with all doors and same thing.  I disarmed the system and opened the doors and it shows violated.  Any idea what happened?

Its an ELK m1 gold.  I think the problem was the tamper switch was lifting a bit causing the short. Thanks

I thought so.  I should have known better when I reset it.

On my Elk M1 last night my speaker stopped working.  I turned the power off on the panel and that worked but all my wireless sensors were violated.  At 1am I had to go outside and open every door just so I could set my alarm.  Is there a way to make the panel ping the sensors to get there...

I have a sensor on both garage doors and a shed.  If someone kicks in my garage( detached) or shed door, I don't want to be freaked out waking up to a siren and lights flashing.  I do want the speaker to announce the breaking and beeping on the keypad.  Id like to only have siren and lights...

On the ElK keyfob there is an "i" button and a red * what numbers are assigned to these buttons in ELKRP?

When I push my disarm button on the keyfob, it is set to turn on the power to my garage door through an insteon wall outlet.  Sometimes the plug doesn't turn on the first time so I would like to add a repeat in the "Then" section of my ELKRP rule.  The wait question is I would just like to know...
