Any ideas as to why the zone chime would stop working on both of my keypads? Keypads are audible when a button is pressed, but no chime when a zone is violated even though the chime is enabled on the zones.

You can't set the whenever rule for a specific day of the week. All I can do is
Whenever the time is 3:00 AM
And the day of the week is M
Then bypass zone XX.
Am I correct in thinking that this will only bypass the zone when it is 3:00am?
I wondered about the metal interfering with the signal as well....
What about swapping the sensors? Putting the magnet on the frame and the sensor on the door? It might just be the angle of the pic, but the sensor looks thicker than the magnet and therefore could take up some of the size gap.
Trying to bypass an exterior door in my Elk M1 on a certain day between a certain time. The zone is set to "Burglar Perimeter Instant" and below is the rule I have for it but it is not working. What am I doing wrong?
Panel was installed in 2014. The existing account was exported from the same panel.
I updated computers, installed ELK RP on the new computer and when I tried to import the elk account I received the error.

I re-terminated the RJ-45 and it is now enrolled in the system. Now if I could only figure out how to program it to work with the Elk. Thanks for the help Del.
Yes, it's a standard database hub and I'm assuming the wiring diagram on the PCS brochure is correct.
