Finally got this to work. I just deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have no idea what was causing this issue to my one iphone 5. It worked fine for another iphone 5 and a 4 so it was something with my iphone5. thanks for your help

Thanks picta for this info. However it is not working. I did call HAI last week and after 1 hour with their tech support they told me they have no idea how to turn a phantom button off. Sadly they enbaled phantom on/off in the original radiora but not in radiora2.   I sent that exact message...

Yes you would think so. I know in the Lutron home works system it was simple to send this command but in radiora2 essentials software it appears to enable security mode you basically configure a phantom button type as "security mode" then just press the phantom button. I think hai just missed...

Thanks for the reply. Nothing happens. it is not a "toggle" button it just sends the phantom button into "security mode" a again.
