Sorry guys, I know I am overdue with the how-to. I can't find the original cartridge I copied so I need to order a new one. But essentially I found a Brother non-laminated cartridge but it had very poor adhesive. Then, I discovered that the Panduit LS7 tape was also non-laminated and had very good adhesion. So, I change the hole patterns on the Panduit cartridge to match the Brother cartridge so it worked right in the Brother machine. So essentially I have a non-laminated nylon tape that works very well for cable wrapping, even down to small diameter cable. But, the Panduit tape only comes in 3/4". The Panduit tape number is LS7-75NL-1. Since I can't find the original Brother tape I used as a template, for now I will just show a picture of the modified Panduit tape. When I get a new Brother cartridge I will update this with step by step details.
