Since this is a Dual-Band switch, it can be controlled via power lines or RF. They are expected to ship by the end of the month, and it looks like you can start pre-ordering now. The White version (2477DH) costs $79.99, while the Almond version (2477DHAL) and Ivory version (2477DHIV) will run $84.99.
