Borg Displays just announced a 10.1" 16:9 capacitive multi-touch capable in-wall PC (try repeating that 10 times)! It features the Intel 1.6GHz Atom CPU, 1024x600 resolution screen, ships with XPe or WES7 and offers multiple serial ports, USB ports, gigabit ethernet and more. While the benefit of a widescreen in-wall PC could be debated, it's a pretty impressive platform. See the press release below for the official announcement and some more details.
