I'm glad it is working on your test system.  My guess is there is a data corruption somewhere (possibly on the RS-485) bus which caused Z125 to trigger when Z38 was triggered.  Likely it would not happen on a bench system with only one or two sensors as the Elk would reject data not pertaining...
