Try resetting the HTX to factory default. To do so, press the Reset button for about 10 seconds:

Look at the properties for the design (with the design highlighted in Project Explorer) and make sure that there are Hi-Fi2 images assigned to each Hi-Fi2 button (see highlighted area in attached image).
Logging when the zone goes "Not Ready" would be a good test. You might consider putting a condition in the program to only log when the system is armed so that it doesn’t log during a time when the sensor might normally be tripped.
We are currently looking into what is causing the issue that you reported; however, we do not believe that it is related to the false alarm issue that you initially reported. I’ll let you know what we find.

What is actually being displayed is the word "FILt", which is short for filter. The thermostat has a built-in reminder to check/change the HVAC filter. By default this register is set to 10, which is the equivalent of 240 hours of operation.
