Hi cocooners, I am working on a home w new Marvin windows with the built in lock sensors. Can these be wired in series like traditional window sensors? What about the locked/closed option? Does that require a third wire? Any information on these sensors is appreciated. Thanks!

We had our system arm seemingly on its own yesterday. Anyone have this problem before? I'm guessing it has something to do w the A/B data from the OP2 to the expansion enclosures and consoles. Any ideas? Can doubling up the conductors to the expansion enclosures and consoles improve data flow?

So I have the phone connected to the Op2 board and everything checks out according to the consoles, LEDs and PC access but when I go through the phone checkout according to the installation manual I get "unable to connect your call" when I press the # key on the phone. We are not yet connected...

We have PC access set up but I am unable to see the specific zone descriptions on the console. I only see them on PC. For example, a zone that I have described as front door on PC access setup still just says zone 1 on the console. 

Can the 800 ft. limit on the conductors to the A/B data buss be increased by using larger conductors? I seem to have reached the limit there, i.e. when I hook up another console to the most distant expansion enclosure all hell breaks loose on the other expansions and consoles.

Should these be set up as smoke zones in the OP2?

Good evening, I'm getting a low battery signal on the keypad. I checked status through PC access and the main op2 board and one of the five expansion emclosures say the battery is good. I checked all 6 batteries with a multimeter and they all read the same, and I also swapped out the batteries...

We have the dealer software to enable PC access to the OP2, and have seemingly established the link.Unfortunately, we are unable to actually command the OP2 via PC. Also, when we enter commands through the keypad, they don't show up on the PC.Any ideas?

Hi cocooners, I am installing an omnipro II with 5 expansion enclosures. I have gotten all of them to communicate effectively with the omnipro II when hooked up individually, but when I have all of them hooked up simultaneously I get intermittent indication of communication failure on the D35...

Does anyone know if these products are campatible? The COSMOD4W requires a 3.9 k resistor in the loop. Does this make it incompatible w the expansion enclosure? Hopefully I didn't just answer my own question. :(
