I have a door that i'd like to be able to set so there is only an exit/entry delay on exit. In other words upon entry the alarm goes off immediately but when exiting this door I have 30 seconds. Is this possible?

Is the ds18s20 powered on the temp/solar/humidity board?

Right now it takes about 6 seconds to poll my 1-wire net. I want to add some switch inputs and would like to know much sooner than 6 seconds. My understanding is reading temperature takes a while. How long does it take to poll 1-wire addressable switches or a ds2450? -darryl

What is the default state of the relays when you add the board to your 1-wire network?

Hey, I'm curious why the relay board uses the ds2406 dual addressable switch vs just using ds2405. What am I missing? -darryl

Hey, I bought a temp/humidity/solar (which appears to work great btw) and using owfs when i try and check the temperature on the ds18s20 it always reads 85. Any clue why that might be?

Hey all, I'm gettin ready to put my first order into hobby boards! I know that x10 etc can interface with HVAC thermostats, however, i was wondering if there were any 1-wire methods? I know there is a kit at hobby boards to monitor the hvac system, but how about driving it? TIA!
