In follow up to that Pete, our company also does home automation with their system but I really don't want to be tied to that proprietary system and the cost is not worth it after looking at what they offer.
Pete, thank you. Are the ZWave or Zigbee switches more reliable than the HAI HLC switches? Yes you are correct on that, and I bought some extras years ago and have two that are bad and out of extras and I'm just sick and tired of it. ASSUMING I move on from the OP2 since I have no support...
We have a house we built now on year 18. Omni Pro II and all the OP switches and room controllers. To avoid details I'm just basically sick of it all and the failing switches and software interface etc. I have a simple (or NOT so simple) question.
Is it possible for me to remove my switches...
Well I realize that, but who am I supposed to call to come replace faulty door or window sensors? Or add more zones? Or upgrage features? There are things I just can't do as I'm better off working and paying someone to do it. I live in upstate NY and can't find anyone who will do this...
Thank you Pete. I don't have much in the way of local support from monitoring companies but I can look. Yeah, I have several HAI switches that you really have to jam hard to get to turn on or off like something wears out. Maybe I just don't like having outdated obsolete products hanging around?

My alarm company...
I can do that, what screen shots would help the most? I use one router, the Belkin. I was under the assumption the OmniPro came with an IP address by default and it couldn't be changed. Shows how little I know. Guide me to the screen shots needed and I'll get those. Thank you.
Thanks Work, but the line in my virtual server page says 192.168.2 [blank] whereas my OP II ip address is 192.168.0.101 How do I enter that if I can't get rid of the 2 at the end of the pre-entered ip on the virtual servers page?
You answered part of the question about the web address but...
I am using Haiku on an iPhone 4 and a Belkin router (F7D4302v1). I use an OmniPro II controller and I have good success with connecting wireless in the home. I cannot seem to connect via 3G or while away from home however. I read the other thread regarding connectivity but even that is above...
