I think it's taking long to be processed, it needs to hit the m1 cloud server first. Before it was a straight smtp system. Now, there is another hop to pass

+also, mykeypad work with v2 xep firmware.. But if you upgrade to lollipop, mykeypad will no longer work

I wish I didn't update mine. V2 uses the m1cloud and email alerts take up to 45secomds. The old firmware gave instant email alerts. As a matter of fact, I'm actually looking for a used one on eBay and finding a v1 m1xep firmware

Tried going back to non ssl, gmx mail... Same delay about 40-45seconds   I require instant email alerts, because I trigger the mailbox and doorbell. It really doesn't help if the mailman leaves before the trigger alert. Or doorbell delay..

Email sending is slow on the new firmware.. About 45-50seconds I wish I would have stuck with the old firmware, and use a non ssl email SMTP, like gmx. It was more instantaneous on the old firmware

Yup that was it. I had t put the jumper back on, make it dhcp mode. Then reconnect to my router. All is good now. However, I do notice email messages take a bit slower to send as opposed to the older firmware. Anyone agree?
