What do you mean by "flags"? Units? The omnibus is configured by a separate software and each device address corresponds to a unit number. You should be able to control as many units in PC access as you have configured in Omnibus.

Looks like the unit may be defective? Try the system with a short cable near the TV. If that does not work, replace the unit.

You have to connect  A and B Somfy pinouts to the A and B terminals on the M1XSP to use RS485 mode. You can also use the serial cable that came with Somfy and plug it into the serial port on M1XSP, then set the jumper to RS232.

I am not sure where have you plugged the ethernet cable to on the Elk module, but the RS485 pinout connection is important to get right. The RS485 port on M1XSP is a wire only terminal, and the pinout on the Somfy is shown here...

HaikuHelper was a server for Omni, with an API and a web server. I have replaced it with the OmniBridge that publishes events on MQTT. With the Homebridge running on HomePod, what are the integration options?

You can monitor ebay to buy it, you can still find some on-line (maybe north of $400) or you can replace it with Dakota alert sensor and receiver with a relay that you can wire to one of the HAI zones.
