Ok figured it out. For some reason. my M1XEP lost its sync to a time server. I noticed on the Premise page for the Elk module that it said the M1 time was last updated almost 2 weeks ago?? Once I changed the XEP time server and resynced, the problem now appears to be solved.

Had some similar issues. I just discovered that the M1XEP had lost its sync to the time server? Once I changed the time server URL, and ran a test, I am now able to get Premise to talk to the ELK.
