If you could also send us a curtesy email to [email protected] to alert us such a repair request being sent with tracking possible, we would really appreciate that and looking for it at mailroom.
As long as we get the bad board back, we can send you the new board without charge. We want to see the problem board, so that we can see if that is a problem already fixed, or a new problem. Firmware update by customer is not possible on this WebControl8, since its space is so limited, adding that self update feature will have to remove half other features. However, the good news is the Webcontrol8 firmware is already very mature at the current state, and there is not much new firmware change in the future.How about us living outside US ?
As I wrote earlier, the cost for me/us, the shipping and custom can be a bigger cost than the board !
I would like that you send me a new board, without any charge. I understand that you maby don't like that, but in long term that will benefit you.
I hope that you in the future will consider a board with firmware update.

Maybe this is a solution to remote reboot.
But the price was stiff, can have two WC boards for the price and have one monitoring the other.
