See page 30 of the M1 Installation manual. Does a definition 11 work for you?
Maybe - I am running a relay from my 120v detectors into the 2 wire trigger. When any of the alarms go off the interconnect gets power triggering the relay. I am using this relay

Based on the manual it sounds like I have 25 seconds to get the detector to stop trigging so the interconnect line goes to zero and zone 16 goes back to open.
I will have to test tonight but I am wondering if I can do anything at the keypad when the inital trigger to tell it that it is a false alarm.
Last week I was heating some shrink tube in my media closet and I set the detectors off, I am not sure if I was able to get the detector to stop in 25 seconds.. A perfect answer would be if I could stop it at the keypad in that first 25 seconds rather then running to get a step stool and fanning the detector.
From manual
"Fire 24 hr Verified - For smoke detectors in high-risk false alarm areas. Upon initial activation (short across the zone), the control ignores the alarm and removes smoke power for 5 seconds to reset the detectors. During this 5 seconds, and for 20 additional seconds afterwards, no alarms will be recognized from this zone.
Following this is a 60 second verification time window, during which any additional activation will be regarded as verification of the initial alarm and the control will initiate a Fire Alarm. If the 60 seconds expires with no further activations, the entire process is cleared (reset). A Fire Trouble will be activated if an open (break in the zone wires) occurs."
