I had a chance to buy several Audio Authority series 9860 video distribution system components. These work like a balun converting Component Video, Composite Video, Digital Audio and Analog Stereo Audio to run over 2 or 3 (depending on signal type) Cat 5 or Cat 6 wires. These are brand new in the box with power supplies.
I am selling as a pair the 9861 which goes at the source and either the 9868 (one set of outputs) or the 9869 (four sets of outputs) which go at the TV end. The outputs can also be hooked up in serial so that up to 10 of the output ends can be hooked with Cat 5 to one source end. Here is the link to the mfg's site: http://www.audioauthority.com/product_deta...l_Component/5/1 I am using these in my house to distribute video and they work great. I just screwed the TV end on the wall behind my wall mounted flat panel. They are only an inch thick, so it wasn't hard to hide them behind the TV. These are powered, so you will not have the signal problems with the passive baluns. They were designed for TV stores to hook up their dozens of TV's so they have to give a good quality signal for people to evaluate TV's. Besides Audio Authority has a great name in this stuff. These sell retail for over $400 for the set, so this is a great deal! For $80 you will get one Audio Authority 9861 (source end) plus your choice of a 9868 (one set of outputs) or a 9869 (four sets of outputs) for the TV side. Additional 9861's would be $45 and additional 9868's for $40 or 9869's for $35 If you want bigger quantities, PM me for a bulk deal. This post has been edited by Loren: Nov 14 2009, 11:58 AM |

Hi there, I'd be interested. Would you ship this to Ontario, Canada? Yes, I think I could ship to Ontario. I am not real familiar with international shipping, but I think the post office might be the best bet. Can you paypal me in US Dollars? Can you PM me? Yours seems to be disabled. I hate to put my email on here for SPAMmers to find. You can call me at 616-458-5212 otherwise. Loren |
