I was all set to give him 6 stars (out of a possible 5), but he keeps making me drink too much whiskey every time we're together...

AO is probably the most dangerous HA store online...... just ask my credit cards! Scared to look at all of the new toys on the new site.

It's about time!
But honestly, this vendor is very deceiving. They misrepresent many of their products. Sure, they list things like an Elk M1 but in reality you get Crack Cocaine. You think you're buying a UPB switch, no........ you get a good dose of Oxycontin. An OmniPro, nope, wrong again, you get a nice dose of meth delivered. Seriously, DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE, you will get addicted and keep going back!!! Ok, so if you are going to have an HA addiction, I would agree that AO is a great place to get your 'fix'. |

I have to echo all of the other statements about Automated Outlet. They have been great to work with. I had a shipment that got lost and they sent a replacement package two day air. Great service.

Bought my ELK M1 among other things from Brandon at Automated Outlet, I was very impressed with the quality of customer service they provide.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, 5 stars easy. |

5/19/2009 The New York Times reports:
The DEA and Homeland Security acting on a tip from the CIA's wiretapping and internet message capturing software raided AO searching for Drugs. One perp (Martin "the dealer") was arrested. Federal Agents had to break down the doors of offices where employees were locked in and being fed caffiene through IV's. Officialls were unable to identify many of the employees as their fingerprints were worn off from entering 1000's of new high tech drugs into the company website. Company records indicate that "the dealer" pushed his products with low prices and "the customer is always right" policies. In addition the latest push was free shipments of "drugs" and related products to hook more innocent people into the HA habit and continue to feed those already addicted. An uncomfirmed source states a plea deal will be offerred and "the dealer" will be forced to live in a home with no automation for 90 days. In a related story local newspapers report that the AO vending machines were broken into and all snacks were stolen. No fingerprints could be found and the security camera's were aimed at the cat litter box so it is beleived to be an inside job. |

One more endorsement for AO here. I buy everything that I possibly can from them, and could not ask for better customer service. You can't go wrong with them.

AO is my only source for HA products. I have tried others and the service just does not compare. I just wish I could by everything from them.
