I have purchase from ASI multiple times in the past, and have always had a great shopping experience. Some bullet points regarding my previous purchases from them: I like that they offer PayPal, in addition to traditional payment methods. Shipping has always been prompt. Calling pre-sales support is helpful, if you need help finding the right product for your need. It's great that they activly participate in discussions on CT. Their prices are great! I would highly recommend ASI Home!

However - for the hour or so I have been poking around there, I have noticed that the "Live Help" was unavailable. Not that I needed it, but I thought I read that as a qualifier for 4 Stars....? NEVERMIND - sorry, I now see that is one of the 5-star requirements... PS - Yes, PayPal acceptance is good!
